Dosage pumps with high chemical resistanceBlackstone pumps are designed for industrial use. Easy to install, with wide, flat bases and mounting holes to allow for tank, shelf or floor mounting (horizontal mounting). Mounting holes are also available on the rear of the pump. The external flow control (the potentiometer) on the front of the pump allows for adjustment of flow from 0 to 100% of the nominal capacity of the pump. An LED indicator lights up on every pulse. These pumps are manufactured to the highest degree of mechanical precision, with materials selected for their intrinsic abilities to withstand chemical attacks. The diaphragm is made from PTFE which, unlike regular laminated diaphragms, is wear resistant. The balls are made from glass. The pump heads and o-rings are made from Kynar®, PTFE or Viton®.
